In 2008, Rayonier began migrating all its licenses to share the same renewal and expiration date cycle, to simplify the management process for the customers and the company. For the 2008-2009 season, all licenses for lands in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma and Texas are valid from the time of execution by Rayonier (shortly after receipt of properly completed agreement and payment in August) until May 31, 2009. This change will result in some license holders receiving an agreement for less than the customary twelve month period. If you elect to renew your license with Rayonier this year and next, you will not have a service interruption, nor will your access to hunting be affected in either year. Licenses will not be pro-rated. In future years, licenses for these states will be valid on a cycle of June 1 to May 31, and are annually renewable.For Rayonier s Washington State lands, the license period runs as indicated in the license agreement.
