Bids remain pending and are accepted only when market value has been reached in Rayonier’s opinion. You will receive an e-mail if your bid is accepted or declined. Otherwise, your bid will remain pending as long as the RLU is available for licensing. The bidder with the highest bid will not necessarily win due to discretionary factors that Rayonier may choose to apply. Rayonier reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
