Temporary tree stands are allowed on the property, however they may not be within 100 feet of Rayonier’s property line. It is the hunt club’s responsibility to remove tree stands from areas being harvested. Licensor is not responsible for tree stands damaged during timber harvesting or any other time. Licensor will not give prior notice of timber harvesting. Tree stands must be removed from the property prior to expiration of the license.Box stands, ladder stands and tower stands are allowed, but they should not interfere with road maintenance, hauling or other forestry activities. Confine stands to hardwood trees. Do not use nails (except for aluminum nails) or other metal objects on or in trees.Septic systems, wells, poured concrete slabs/ foundations are not permitted.Campers, sheds, or other temporary structures are generally permitted with written permission.
